Natsu putting in work and I love how some people think Zeref has no chance of dying here. Except he can if he's not the true final boss of this story.



On the other hand Invel's reaction to his emperor being revealed as Zeref was rather intriguing.

Some magic power is determined by physical strength other comes from more abstract sources



400 years has given him a a large catalogue of spells, he is also a genius wizard, but how much raw magic power he has? It was more so that he had magic that  would kill on contact

INVEL, Invel will stop Natsu before the last hit using his WHATEVER magic. Then Zeref will probs get angry.

It probably is a one-time thing as Natsu stated it himself and literally wrecked Zeref using the Blaze Dragon King Mode.



Though, I really hope Zeref wasn't this weak >.<!

                        Nice dragon tattoo Natsu, so Igneel's power was his secret weapon. Flame Dragon King Mode? Looks impressive...but it's still way too early to think Zeref's done. So Zeref knew Layla? And someone named Anna? I'm guessing we're gonna need more flashbacks for this...

Wasn't he weakened from his Curse back on Tenrou?  And even then Ultear appeared as if she had a pretty tough fight.

So Zeref somehow knew Layla which i'm sure is Lucy's mother, but who is Anna?
