Well I am a fool for letting myself get caught in that emotional roller coaster.

Dat feels before the explosion..oh well kinda lackluster chapter but still okay.

Face got destroyed. There was no way that they could kill off Wendy and Charle.

Gosh I shed so many tears for nothing ! Hiro don't take my badass Wendy away please!

Those flashbacks were nicely done

I understand the impact that killing off a major character can have, but I'm okay with FT staying the way it is. It provides identity that makes it (for better or worse) unique to its main competitors. It's hard to compete with the likes of Naruto and One Piece by being like them, so it's important for the manga to maintain its identity to maintain the core readership (and yes I am aware the manga went from pure shounen to tits and arse, but imo it's simply damn sexy).

I thought Jellal was going to be the one to save Wendy and Charle for some reason. I don't how he would have done it, but I expected Mashima to make something up.

Pretty sure a huge beam of light where the Ethernano was being sucked into makes for a pretty good beacon and again Doranbalt has teleported over insane distances in the past as well.
