I wonder about elfman. Do you thing he will sell his soul?

As for Natsu...hopefully he is able to save Erza and Mira. But he needs a huge power up for that, i guess. Because Tartarus just won't sit around and wait.

Oh damn the one torturing Erza should have been that big guy we saw at the end, like in Queen's Blade.

Well considering Natsu JUST managed to get Jackal down and is still damaged, I think he's going to need backup.



But that is only if we're following any sort of logic. If he's done a Zenkai like DBZ then Tartaros is toast.



It's a pity however cos now I want Erza to be the one to kick her torturer's ass after she's freed.

First things first, FAIRY TAIL returns this April! WOOO!



Hiro Machima is on a roll with this Arc right now. I have high expectations for the remainder of the arc and I really hope he delivers in spades.



Despite the fanboy in me loving Erza being nude, that was really hard to watch. You got the strongest female character in the series shaking in fear and feeling perhaps the worst pain in her life by being tortured. Add humiliation to that for her being punished in her birthday suit, which we all know Erza isn't shy when it comes to nudity.



So many cliff hangers this and last week's chapters. Will Elfman sell his soul to the devil? What will become of Mira since she is in the progress in becoming an actual demon? WHAT IS JELLAL'S FUTURE!? AND HOW THE HELL IS NATSU GOING TO SAVE EVERYONE?! ALL CAP MODE!!!!



...Tune in on next week's chapter of FAIRY TAIL!.... don't drop the ball Hiro Mashima...

This arc is like... THE  BEST ARC, and it isn't even half-finished yet! xD



Well, okay maybe I was a bit tad biased there...



I've always had faith in Fairy Tail and Mashima-sensei, and so it comes as no surprise that he has really spiced up FT the way it is now ! :D



've never seen Erza so completely helpless, it was appalling... and I expected them to start converting Mira. But don't party just Tartaros, Natsu is gonna BEAT Y'ALL UP...



Or so I hope... :/



It sounds terribly evil but I hope Mira or Elfman (maybe both) go to Tartaros' side... It'll be interesting to see how Fairy Tail deals with that.

You don't need to defend FT so much. Just chill out. #1 FT fangirl here could write 10 essays on all the problems in FT, and there are TOONNNSSS of problems.



It's not an affront to you or your manhood that FT has problems or that other people recognize these problems. In fact, I think it shows more love for the series if you accept the flaws in it and love it regardless of them.



I always say this to you though and you always ignore it. But maybe, one day, you'll listen. =3

No it didn't. It had torture. There's a very big difference and if you saw anything perverted in this then something is very wrong with your head.

Really Monad? I always pegged you for being a bit more civilized. And while I agree with most of your points, ridiculously aggressive though you were in stating them, the torture scene with Erza was an issue because it was far more extreme than any fanservice prior to this in the series. In one panel, it even looked like that demon bird lady (please don't try to be clever by correcting me on her name, I am capable of looking it up myself) was fingering Erza. With claws. I'm still not entirely convinced that that was not intentional.



It was also the way the fanservice was shown. Sorry, but as a feminist (yes I am please spare me the typical uncreative and uneducated insults such as feminazi and moralfag, forever alone dyke lesbian and what have you) and, well, as a human being, I'm not too cool with fan service being in the form of a torture scene, especially with a character like Erza and especially in a series like Fairy Tail where for the most part, it's all sparkles and sunshine.



And, again, I say this as an ENORMOUS FT fangirl. Fanfiction, fanart, cosplay, blah blah blah I've said it all before.
