Alright, excluding these 3 (Erza, Kagura, Minerva) which other female would you put above Ultear?  (Maybe we were never disagreeing from the start ^^)

As an individual who's favourite character was Laxus since his first appearance in the manga (no, not even anime), I won't let this pass lol.



Right in between the "equal battle" and "failed Fairy Law", you forgot put in "Laxus goes on Rampage/Dragon Force and paralyses Gajeel and Natsu with one Lightning Dragon's Roar.  Then gets tired of waiting and casts a Fairy Law to finish everyone at once, yeah, even those helpless two on the floor.  Then he gets interupted by Levy who tells him his Grandpa is dying.  Emotions kick in."



Numbers didn't mean shit against Purehito (Hades), Laxus got the best hits in by himself (compared to those 5).  That means that those 2 were under Gajeel, but not far below his level.  Those 2 considered themselves fodder before the 7 kin, not to mention the leader of them.



Also, you can't compare Ultear's defeat via Gray - Natsu's defeat via Gildarts, if it was a joke I'd understand.  I want to see Gray infiltrating the Council and freeing Jellal.  



Also, 7 years have passed!  I say Ultear obliterates Minerva, but "possibly" stops at Erza/Kagura because of hype/physical stats.

^ it's most likely, either one backs away or 2 team up...because I don't see how can this be solved 1v1v1...Also I'm expecting the leftover of MH (Milliana) to come join the fray because I don't see any pair up for her...



EDIT: Maybe the second threesome will be Milliana/Juvia/Shelia :D

I hope they kick Minerva's ass together.

Haven't been this excited for the next FT chapter in a while, particularly since the First's predictions were wrong (her loss is our gain because we get to see sobbing mavis and because this is the outcome of her missed prediction). Sexy 3 way can't come any sooner.

I'm looking forward to the triple threat between Erza, Kagura, and Minverva.

I remember both Natsu and Gajeel being paralysed on the floor after the Lightning Dragon's Roar, then Laxus cast Fairy Law. (Then ensue plot/character induced scenario)



Ultear losing focus makes her less powerful than Gray (her mother's disciple) against another opponent?  Not even mentioning that 7 years have past.



Natsu's flames were dispersed in his first encounter with Ultear on Galuna Island.



Gajeel got rendered useless by 2 underlings of Ultear's underlings.  Enough said.
