Fairy Tail Chapter 311 Discussion

7 years agon Gray did overpower Ultear as she realised her time arc magic didn't work against frozen blood. But now Ultear has 7 years more experience and a much improved time arc magic. I would put Ultear among the top 5 strongest female mages. We barely know anything about Minerva's magic, Kagura hasn't drawn her sword yet, we know pretty much everything about Erza's skills and magic. And Ultear we only know she has the time arc magic and ice make magic. It is difficult to tell who's stronger unless they all fight against each other one-on-one or free for all. On paper Erza's and Kagura's swordsmanship is probably on par now. Minerva seems to be able to appear out of thin air. Ultear has probably the best ability out of the four but I think she would struggle against the other 3 on hand-to-hand/close range fighting. Obviously Erza and Kagura would have the advantage there.

But that's my view on things at the moment.

This will be interesting: 2 eclipse project: which will be more dangerous, the first of the second.



Now, Jubia vs Cheila, not interesting, at least for me. Jubia think Lucy is the lover of Gray and Cheila thinks Jubia is the lover of Lion, interesting and funny. ><



So, the interesting this is this: Erza, Kagura and Minerva fighting together. Im waiting the next episode to see the battle of the 3.



And finally, Primera was mistaken and now she cant make any predictions, so Im in the same problem, but I;m with Kagura, I think of the 3 is the strongest.

Fuck off, Minerva, I want to see Erza vs. Kagura, she better be defeated by them.

It doesn't make a difference to me actually. She paused momentarily and Gray stopped her movements with a decent spell. Seems like a victory to me.

You just contradicted yourself in so many ways. If Mira is on par with Ezra, how is Ezra stronger. If you search Erza, you'll see that it says she's the strongest ACTIVE female Mage in FT. I'm not saying Mira is stronger, I'm just saying Erza cant exactly be decided stronger.



Speaking of Meredy, your definition of strong would mean Ultear and Minerva aren't "strong" either b/c their magic isn't much of the close combat type. I consider any type of magic strong the way it's used, so yeah, I consider Meredy quite strong.



I would put Juvia up there, but shes only strong when Gray's in danger lol.

I love this argument over strongest female wizard in FT so imma join.



1) you ALL are forgetting Mirajane and Meredy. Mirajane used to fight on par with Erza, and Erza is only considered stronger because Mira only fights to help her beloved now. Also, Meredy can easily take them ALL out ( of course this includes taking herself out too... But 7 years have passed, so you don't know)



2) I completely agree with Shuda and darklight. Gray's victory over her was a complete fluke. She had the upper hand 90% of the match. Also, she can easily defeat Natsu in a one-vs-one. She already has multiple times.



She's definitely in my top 3 if not the top. This of course is my opinion without fully seeing the extent of Minerva's and kagura's capabilities.

Pleasantly surprised with this threesome.

And I don't think Erza winning would be considered "nakama power". The first expected her to win against Kagura, so that shouldn't be a problem.



And Minerva is a bitch...

Personally, I think it would be more likely if it were the Princess herself (from the future).  Even if you were right, I'm not sure why her mother would cry for Natsu/Fairy Tail.  I want to believe it's someone with strong bonds to them, preferably a main guild member.



If her magic feels similar to zeref then Lucy's scent can also be unrecognizable especially if she's been showing up over the past 7 years at each tournament
