Thankfully Ren had an inkling on where to find her though. Like damn it, seeing that chapter was pretty heart-breaking. Least everyone knows how much of a wicked witch her mother is and why Kyoko had constantly been against contacting her and all that... why she's in the "Love Me" section. That right there reveals where a lot of her views were probably spurred by.
Still, I can't wait for the next chapter. Seriously man, it's like they take turns going back and forth in helping each other. That's not a bad thing, actually, I like that part about this because it's not the female character in constant need but rather she helps others see the light and all that jazz.
In short? Hate her mom, love Kyoko and feels when she had to see her mother deny her existence... go Showa for attempting to help her even though he was the wrong person to be there at least he tried as a friend since he knows how that goes and a great big huzzah for Ren being able to find her because now she could really use some help to get over that.
Okay so now I'm a tad curious... or I just don't recall it being mentioned but... who is Kyoko's father? Reason I'm asking/wondering is because, well, where was he when she was growing up? Why hadn't he been there to help raise her and not let her mother treat her the way she did? Just things I wondered... or possibly have forgotten because it seems like her father should've been mentioned at least once.
i think Kyoko's mom hates Kyoko because her husband left her or died or was a bad person, so she hates the daughter who is a reminder of the husband.
