I have to say I'm pretty neutral with Shou. I think it was better for him to be there at the end rather than Ren because he knows more about Kyouko than him. (As much as, obviously, I like Ren more. Haha.)

The two panels were Kyouko almost started crying, but then held back those tears in an instant really got to me...

I'm really looking forward as to what Shou is gonna do for her now and how their talk will go.

And of course I really want to know what makes Saena so cold-hearted like this. It's so hard waiting one month at a time for new chapters...

hmmm maybe Sena isn't Kyouko Mother :) Maybe author was make more serious story where Kyouko's mother was relative to Sena and Sena take infant Kyouko like her own child. [this all is my own strange ideas :)] When i was see Sena meeting Kyouko around elevator, i was start thinking she's doesn't mother of our sweet hearted Kyouko, but i was started searching any info about her in manag and we dosen't know who's a Kyouko father and we doesn't have certainty for Sena being biological Kyouko mother. So maybe Sena is only relative, something like auntie for Kyouko? :) [i have hope xD]

Sorry for my broken english but this isn't my native lang :)

The focal point of the series isn't her vengeance against Shou, rather her development in her career and herself. This is tied to her mother, since she's had the goal to be approved by her since she was a child. Also I thought it was made apparent that SHOU HAS CHANGED.

Even if he treated her like trash, that doesn't mean he was never her childhood friend. He probably knows more about Kyouko than Ren, granted Ren knowing Kyouko in ways he doesn't understand.

Enough of that, Kyouko's face just made me so sad.

Edit: Just saw the raws for 223, things are looking good 8)

My heart broke when I saw Kyoko's face after seeing the program... I may not like Sho, but I'm glad at least someone who understands her family issues was there.

I demand to know why Saena is such a bitch, especially to break Kyoko so much.

What it must seem like is Kyoko's existence bothered Saena so much she could not be around her.

Consider this, what if Kyoko's dad was flighty, he left Saena when he found out about the pregnancy, disrupting her process of being the lawyer she wanted to be. Saena's hatred festered, and Kyoko couldn't stop reminding her (her personality may be similar to her dad's) of the betrayal. Kyoko exhibited love symptoms to Sho, and Saena couldn't tolerate it, she wanted Kyoko to be a dependent woman who can achieve her own successes (much like she was a laywer) thus she pushed her to get good grades.

Or perhaps Saena's partner was a celebrity or even passed away? There must be a reason why she denies Kyoko's existence, a link. I doubt they made her just a plain outright cold character with no logical reason.

It would have been better if Ren was there for Kyouko but I really want to thank Shou for being concerned with Kyouko </3 This breaks my heart. I want both of them for Kyouko :)))

I'm very glad that it was Shou to arrive at Kyoko's place. Both him and Kuon know about her mom but only Shou could show it. Since Kyoko doesn't know that Ren is Kuon she would never rely on him for talking about her past.

exactly! and now we can see ren getting both jealous and angry at himself for holding back
