Well another great chapter by maestro Yukimura, it even made me wonder if they actually can make peace at this point... right now it feels like a distant dream. But this is the start.

Chapters like these are why Vinland Saga is so great, beautifully done.



Feels good to finally return to Thorfinn and Hild after so many months.

Gonna preface that I absolutely love this manga and the mangaka, but is anyone else a little worried that there's increasingly more re-use of drawings in each chapter?



I understand this chapter was more dialogue-focused, but I couldn't help but notice that the same exact drawing of Thorfinn's face was re-used multiple times (pg 13 top-right, pg 17 middle, pg 19 middle, pg 23 middle). Same goes for a side profile of Thorfinn's face and the old Lnu man. I really love the detail in Makoto Yukimura's artwork, so spotting these details really stood out to me.



I know it's just a minor nitpick and mangakas cut corners all the time. I just hope our mangaka is doing alright and these aren't signs of him being rushed or anything.
