Gangsters, deception, and mayhem. The action starts and never lets up. This is a short BL with not one, but two, couples to ship. Enemies turned lovers united to best a common foe.The characters are well-developed, maneuvering through a cutthroat world, vying to be king of the land. The pacing is quick. It reads like watching a live action movie. What I liked the most is the strength and wit of the characters.

In this gripping narrative, the author weaves an intense and atmospheric tale that keeps readers on the edge of their seats. Elara, the protagonist, finds herself caught in a world where the line between reality and illusion blurs, and every step she takes seems to draw her deeper into an unknown, suffocating force. The story begins with a sense of isolation and unease, as Elara experiences strange visions and a growing feeling of being watched. The subtle but persistent presence of something sinister builds a layer of suspense that drives the narrative forward, and the author skillfully uses this tension to engage the reader’s emotions. The first-person perspective allows us to feel Elara’s confusion and growing paranoia, making it easy to empathize with her as she navigates a reality that seems increasingly distorted. The strange occurrences at school, where she feels the unsettling gaze of her classmates, intensify the feeling of isolation that Elara experiences. This dynamic, where everyone around her seems to know something she doesn’t, amplifies the anxiety of the narrative, as it taps into the universal fear of being an outsider and not understanding what’s happening.Lily, a friend who appears later in the story, serves as a pivotal character. Her cryptic warning to Elara heightens the sense of mystery, and the reader is left with more questions than answers. This sense of intrigue propels the story to its cliffhanger moment, where Elara is forced to confront the unknown forces that surround her.The pacing of the story is well-balanced, with moments of introspection and tension, followed by sudden bursts of action and revelation. The atmospheric details—such as the overwhelming stares from her classmates and the suffocating feeling of being watched—are vividly described, creating a sense of dread and building a chilling atmosphere that is central to the story. However, some aspects of the story could be developed further. For instance, the reader is left wanting more clarity about the nature of the threat Elara faces and why she is singled out. While this uncertainty adds to the suspense, a bit more context would help ground the narrative and allow the reader to fully connect with Elara’s plight.Overall, the story does an excellent job of blending psychological horror with suspense, and it keeps the reader hooked with every page. Elara’s internal struggle, her confusion, and her growing fear are portrayed convincingly, making her a relatable character. The mystery surrounding the unseen force that watches her creates an eerie, unsettling atmosphere, and the cliffhanger ending leaves readers eager to discover what happens next.

Like I said in the comments the story is really well written but man I just hate the kind of main character you produced. At first I thought his arrogance and narcissistic scene in the beginning was just humor and him joking. But no that’s his character he’s arrogant, a narcissist and is always on a power trip. I can’t really say he’s intelligent because he hasn’t done anything intelligent except for the headmistress chapter. I also feels like he relies too much on the system, I feel like adding him being able to buy breakthrough was kind of dumb(btw I love op mcs) and it feels like he will never achieve anything on his own. That’s it like I said the story is really good but imo the mc is a 1 star character.

uma novel no estilo que gosto, nada de excepcional mas tem bastante capitulos, basicamente apenas o protagonista move o pais, até que passou varios anos do começo acho que falta aquela cena marcante para os leitores lembrarem dessa novel depois de ler

First off, I will say that the writing quality of this story is great. They do a lot of things right, and the story has many enjoyable parts. I find myself smiling quite a bit at sections of the story. That said, there are two glaring issues with this story that need to be addressed. First off, the reincarnation aspect of this story is basically pointless. The main character is a human who was born into the body of a dragon, so you'd think there'd be some difference between him and other dragons right? Nope. This MC no different from the others. Thinking like a dragon, acting like one, and is essentially dominated by his dragon instincts like 90% of the time. If you wondering if his human side is ever going to matter, you can safely put those thoughts to rest. He is a sociopath who lovingly plays with his family and then slaughters hundreds of humans with a smile on his face while complaining that it was too easy like all the others. He brings nothing new.In addition to this, it seems like the dragons in this story suffer from brain damage. They preach about keeping balance and how humans are using mana wrong. But they never try to explain anything to them. The dragons constantly complain about this problem as well, but they're causing the very issue they're trying to stop. The dragons also set up a training ground for young dragons to kill humans, but if humans ever win, they get butthurt and go destroy cities completely unrelated to the deaths and say: "Yeah! That's what you deserve!"What's worse is that these dragons think of themselves as wise and intelligent beings. And for the most part, they are. They even go out of their way to collect EXTENSIVE knowledge on specific human kingdoms. Yet somehow they can't grasp these very simple pieces of common sense.
