Scarlet Legends

It's a gender reversal story. MC has a rather troubled past and the story is going slow and steady so far.There have been sum noice scenes but my only complaint is that the chapters are kinda short.

The high temperature is about to break out. Thanks to the hoarded supplies, I don't feel anxious and can live a more comfortable life. During the hot weather, it's really pleasant to have ice cubes to cool down.

I know I've never been a reliable author with all of my abrupt stops and breaks, writing various novels and not finishing even a single one of them.

"Okay then" then he put me down on my feet and realized something.

He followed her inside, noticing her off behavior.

"Don't you dare use your magic," Crayne slowly moved towards them as a ball of energy formed in his hand, "He won't kill you but he will try to kill me, I can protect myself, Air Tome, Reflecting Winds!" She stood up and tried to stop the ball of energy, but it broke through and continued towards her, "Air Tome, Supreme Guardian!" A massive angel appeared and grabbed the spell, reducing the size of the ball but all it did was consume the angel and continue. She had nothing left. She anticipated the hit but nothing hit her as a massive explosion happened in front of her. She opened her eyes to see Simeon with his amulet broken on the floor. He had a large staff in his right hand and his body was covered in green and blue markings, "Simeon! No!"

Slight moans escapes my lips, as I feel his arms wrap around my waist. He pulled me even more closer, making me feel his body's warmth even more. My heart beats louder and louder, it made me worry about having him hear it.
