Forgecraft: The Legendary Blacksmith Who Can’t Use His Weapons

Reincarnated with an unrivaled ability to forge the world’s most powerful weapons, the protagonist possesses a gift envied by gods and feared by mortals. There’s just one devastating flaw: they cannot wield their own creations.

Long ago, a vengeful god demanded a weapon capable of erasing gods from existence—a blade that would shatter not only divine beings but the fragile balance of the world itself. Refusing to unleash such chaos, the blacksmith defied the god’s demand. The punishment was swift and merciless: their one true love was stolen away, bound as the god’s eternal concubine.

Now, reincarnated and driven by vengeance, the blacksmith embarks on an epic quest. Though unable to wield the god-slaying blade they’ve already secretly forged, they vow to reclaim their stolen love and bring the arrogant deity to ruin. But to accomplish this, they must recruit powerful warriors capable of wielding their weapons—each with their own tragic pasts, hidden motives, and unyielding desires.

Among these companions are:

A self-tortured, celibate priest, who seeks only one thing—to meet his god, even if it means his own destruction.

A fierce warrior maiden who harbors forbidden love for the blacksmith, though their heart belongs to another.

A battle-scarred fighter, hiding a terrible secret that could change the fate of the quest.

From cursed lands to the edge of the world, the blacksmith travels, forging legendary weapons that transform their companions into unstoppable forces of destruction. They face countless perils—from ancient dragons to abyssal monsters—and uncover truths hidden in the smoke of divine deception.

But at the heart of this perilous journey lies a dangerous revelation: the god-slaying blade, forged in secret, already waits for the day of reckoning. And when they finally reach the celestial realms, the companions are thrust into a cosmic war between gods and eldritch horrors—an apocalyptic battle that threatens to unravel existence itself.

Yet something is deeply wrong. Whispers of betrayal and ancient lies swirl through the divine court. The blacksmith’s lost love, now a mysterious figure bound to the god’s schemes, harbors a shocking truth—they were never mortal to begin with but a god entangled in a far greater plan.

Torn between vengeance and the need to unravel the divine conspiracy, the blacksmith faces a harrowing choice: join the war to save creation, or shatter it by striking down gods and freeing mortals from their tyranny forever.

Love, loyalty, and revenge clash in this tale of cosmic warfare, where even gods can fall, and redemption comes at the edge of a blade. The journey of a blacksmith who cannot wield his own weapons will forge a legend that echoes through eternity.

Having read thousands of novels, it's rare for one to truly stand out. Yet, this novel is like finding a diamond in the mud. From the very first chapter, I was completely captivated. Witnessing the main character's growth and development was nothing short of extraordinary.
