Everything that Lucian previously enjoyed has been replaced by blood and death over time. He ponders if every morning will be the day he gives in to the vicious side of his vampire nature.     I have something similar, but for me it's not something like information overload, in fact... maybe it's the opposite? After so many chapters I practically know every nuance of the protagonist and I know most of the energy system, so without being constantly bombarded with new information I end up giving up. I must have read hundreds of novels and I must have completed less than 1% because of this. Of course, I don't blame the authors, it would be strange for them to constantly change the world they created, maybe it's my anxiety to blame.

    HOLY HELL AUTHOR.....LETS SPEND AN ENTIRE CHAPTER TALKING ABOUT A PAIR OF BOOTS...NEXT CHAPTER LETS TALK ABOUT NOTHING BUT A BLADE OF GRASS' HEIGHT, THEN NEXT CHAPTER ABOUT THE COLOR OF GRASS THEN ABOUT WIDTH....

    I agree..at first I was getting the “Addicted and Heroine” vibes from this story...but it’s dragging now. It’s been a week since I started reading this. I actually can finish novels in 3 days..but now I’m in the point of almost dropping this cause there’s no more conflicts and excitement anymore..
