    I like the concept and world building of your story. You explain it in detail. I also like how the setting of your story, I remember the anime Ajin. But I have some inputs, namely you can tidy up your writing paragraphs, and also maybe you can use the symbol (") for dialogues, not using (-) because it is very rarely used in novels.

    After a day of just walking through this huge forest, finally we find something new to gaze onto. Upon crossing a mountain range, a desert appear in front of us. It stretches all the way to the horizon. On Earth, we would usually find desert with golden caramel color. Here, the sands in this desert is turquoise color. So, the view in front of me is like looking at the sea in Hawaii. Also, the dunes here are always moving and changing with the strong winds, making it more look like the sea.
