Born a slave into a rich and noble household, one boy with a body of great potential has a chance meeting with another, and over time falls in love, but too soon the two are separated by forces out of their control.

However, all is not lost as the boy resolves to reunite with the other. So watch (or read along) as he slowly rises up the world, unearthing his potential in the process.

It sounds cliche, I know. Can\'t promise you it won\'t have its moments, but I can promise you I won\'t pull any of those annoying stunts.

Disclaimer: Light BL. Like, very very light. You\'ll only see it if you squint, as there are literally only two planned kisses.

Writing quality: 4/5The writing quality seems strong in terms of world-building and the overall concept of the story. The characters are intriguing, and the concepts of the Luminara and Abysera powers provide a lot of room for dynamic storytelling. However, depending on the execution of dialogue and narrative structure, it could benefit from refining some elements to ensure emotional depth and flow.Story development: 4.5/5The story has a great foundation, especially with the concept of the Masters Tournament, the rise of Abysera, and the detailed history that’s been set up. With clear arcs for Lucian and other characters, it seems like there’s ample potential for growth and tension. Introducing different kingdoms and factions allows for plenty of plot threads to evolve, which is exciting.Character design: 4.5/5The characters, especially Lucian and Caelum, have strong foundations, with clear motivations and unique abilities. Their personalities are diverse, adding tension and depth to the group dynamics. The rivalries and alliances are set up well. There’s potential to explore even more personal quirks and development throughout the series.Updating stability: 3.5/5Since I'm still working on the updates, the stability of the updates might fluctuate. However, considering I have structured the outline of the first saga and characters, if the updates are consistent, the stability would improve. It might be helpful to establish a clear writing schedule.World background: 5/5The world-building is incredibly detailed. The kingdoms, history, factions, and unique energy system of Luminara and Abysera give the story a rich, immersive feel. There’s a lot of depth to explore within the world, and everything from geography to political structures is thought out. This creates a strong foundation for both short- and long-term storytelling.I think I would be quite biased considering this is my own story so yeah i could give it a 5/5 if i wanted to but that's alright...

This novel pulled me in from the first sentence! The eerie, poetic tone mixed with vivid descriptions makes every moment feel immersive. The tension, mystery, and fast-paced action are so well balanced, I couldn't look away. The writing is gripping, and I can't wait to read more. Amazing job! :3

Luna Library is a magical tale of magic and God's with a cast of characters you would expect of a fantasy setting. However, there were many story beats that made inner monologuing difficult to comprehend. Alongside the many flashbacks that did not have enough descriptive text for me comprehend, visualization wasn't very clear me either on what I was reading. The story begins and ends (as of the latest chapter) with Sukafu Shiori, our main lead. As she goes through explaining roughly where she is and how characters and objects interact around her, I had this nagging feeling of if there was anything about Sukafu that I felt to root for. I understand she she is flawed in aspects not known to the reader yet, but with her hostile defensive nature to keep people away, I just did not know what to think. Does she think everything and everyone is out to get her or is she just doubtful of everything? I do not know who Sukafu Shiori is, what her motives are, and what she has experienced. I also did not get a sense of Sukafu having a "sarcastic edge and sharp tongue" as her character description says. Perhaps it would have been better formatting to have italics and wordplay to show these aspects more clearer. On the topic of other characters, everyone seems to have a mysterious past. It feels as if I am reading a detective novel without any clues ever resolving. Sukafu's mother has ties with Liberty Belle, God of Hard Covered Books. Sukafu's mother seems like she is bubbly, friendly, and an all round nice person, but she seems to not have parented Sukafu better. She lacks parental skills such as guidance and how to be okay with vulnerability. The nuture is apparent from Sukafu's present stance. As for the God of Hard Covered Books, from their interactions with Sukafu, it sounds like she is but only a pawn in his plans. I do not know if these adult figures want to help Sukafu or use her. I also thought Sukafu accepting that she is now an angel quickly felt out of character.Korraline Belle (Korra) seemed like the most easygoing character dispute her introduction seeming very random. I think she has the most dynamic potential with any character relationships she may run into. I really do want to root for Sukafu seeing as she is our main lead with everything around describing how they affect her, but Korra seems to be the more likable character so far. Before, I still felt very lost whilst reading. I had a moment of realization that it felt as if I was just dropped into the middle of an already going plot. It even took me a few more reads to finally understand that in the flashbacks sequence, it was Sukafu and her mother that lived in a run down bus.The story seemed to pick up at a better pace on ch7. More of the world lore was introduced followed by character dialogue between Sukafu and Korra. The lives of our party also have been threatened with the arrival of a moon goddess that seeks the destruction of where our party is staying. This part seems the most interesting to me and I wish to read more about the start of Sukafu and Korra's adventure.Other things I enjoyed were the angel rules. It gives a clear set idea of how Sukafu will be acting moving forward in the story as to answering my question as to why she does not swear. I also enjoyed the hot dog costume for its out of place nature compared to the impending war.All in all, is Luna Library worth your time reading? Not yet as of now with only 7 chapters. There is not enough substance to keep the reader engaged. However, if the beinning plot points are restructured to help benefit the overall consistency of the story and the direction leads towards more character interactions, there is gold waiting to be dug.Edit:There are now 8 chapters with the previous chapter 1 being split into 2 chapters. I enjoyed the segue from death to flash back scene. It played out more smoothly compared to before. Will update when there are more chapters...
