First 60 chapters indicates the plot isn't repeatative and it's quite good for a start but I haven't read the mtl. I can see the simmilarities with My Wife is A Beautiful Ceo, Ace of Dragon Division and the other which I forgot. The the female leads background is the same with Ace of Dragon Division and the male leads character is identical to My Wife is Beautiful Ceo but the author wrote the story more bautifully that the other

Our MC is the type of guy knows how to become a chūnibyō, and lean into that mindset for the sake of gaining more power and as it progresses, seemingly enjoy intentionally or maybe even subconciously acting out fantasy like Shonen trope settings in a semi familiar cultivation martial arts setting.The system is a fresh one quite an interesting take and the fact the current companion of the MC is a male and not a female is a difference we don't see much in cultivation novels.On top of the side character guy not being a fatty but somehow still being interesting and kinda funny to see on the ride along with the mc and just getting dragged into the flow of things and even enjoying it himself is fun to read, heck, he's even leveling up along with the mc, instead of being left behind to some extent.

I loved reading HJC on That Other Site, and I am happy that this novel isn't going to get somehow lost by the wayside with all the shenanigans that happen. However, these first chapters uploaded here (729-731) are really bugging me - almost to the point where I think this would be better off getting dropped.Ringless Ground Purging Set??? This is one of the worst translations I could imagine. Hate-Ground-No-Handle is the translation on That Other Site, and not only does it make more sense, but it actually sounds cool. I won't go into the other irregularities, because they aren't as big of a deal, imo.If you are retranslating a book from the beginning, then you deserve the chance to translate however you see fit. But when you are picking up where others left off, you owe it to everyone to maintain some degree of consistency - especially when it's choosing to be consistent with the best parts put forth by the prior translators.

Story a bit slow to start off, MC a bit of a bumbling idiot at the beginning but there is some progress later. Not a story for those that expect a lot of killing happening.

I'm enjoying just reading gaming novels at the moment, no idea why...The writing quality is ok, the speech marks are incredibly confusing though.Not really a world background either.

In my personal opinion its bit too slow and mc is not quite op enough, but otherwise it's very good.
