For those with boundless patience, I highly recommend this tale. My only concern is the rather lengthy wait for updates, which can be quite frustrating. I understand the immense effort translators put in, and I appreciate their work, but my eagerness for more is growing exponentially.
To fellow readers, I've noticed some have reached beyond a hundred chapters, but I'm missing out. If any of you could kindly share the link so I can catch up, I'd be forever grateful. Apologies for deviating from the topic.
The only drawback is the repetitive nature of the supporting characters' actions. They seem one-dimensional, lacking depth due to insufficient development. The pattern goes like this: they doubt the MC, express sympathy, suddenly become cold, then revert to happiness, which happens repeatedly. To enhance the narrative, a slight variation would be beneficial.
Additionally, the language barrier is a challenge for me, as I'm not proficient in English and the Chinese writing style is unfamiliar. Despite these difficulties, I find the novel engaging and believe it's worth reading at least up to Chapter 100.
Regarding this particular 'Stealing Harem' story from 'Son of Heaven,' among the versions I've come across, such as "<em>Villain Immortal Emperor: After I die, the heroine regrets endlessly</em>", it often feels forced and nonsensical. However, "<em>The Reincarnated Villain Makes The Heroines Tearfully Beg for Forgiveness</em>" stands out as the most coherent and compelling start to the genre.
Keep in mind that my assessment is based solely on the 60 free chapters I've read, so there might be changes later on. Frankly, I lose interest in predictable harem narratives, and I'm hoping for more depth and originality in the story.
