The Mountain Lord's Daughter

the story is interesting and unique, but in my opinion not for everybody.the power system set by the author makes the main character always the underdog and I don't mean by luck but rather as a requirement of his cultivation path. (i.e. the main character needs to seek fights where he has very small chance of surviving to progress in his cultivation path).also, no real free lunch in this novel, every pro is ALWAYS accompanied with cons. sometimes some of the "power ups" of the mc are borderline power downs because of what the mc has to sacrifice. if you enjoy reading novels where the main character has to go through hardship then this is for you. if you want to read about a mc streamlining against opponents then you might enjoy this but beware of the constant nerfing. at least it happens in a somewhat logical and believable way.the motto of the novel and the mc favorite catch phrase is "every advantage comes with disadvantages

Really good and sad but very inspiring!!!! Must read!!! Makes you think about how some have it worse than you may have it!!! Go read it!!!!

The character development is awesome. I love the power system too.

This is really good and well written. This gives the same vibes as the original and the MC is similar to Fang Yuan but still has his own uniqueness. I really like the fact that he has better luck than Fang Yuan who had to go against the world which is typical for eastern fics. Over all I enjoyed this and hope you keep it up.

I don't know what to say... Just wow...Really just read it, it's only 54 chapters, (when I'm writing this review) you won't regret it. That's a novel worth 5 stars maybe even more. Hope the quality won't change, for the worse, and/or novel dropped.

grammar makes you want to vomit, main character personality is all over the place. (ie on earth he is a really nice man, like how he saved a female traveler at the start... later on when he gets stronger someone gets impaled by a water spear by their teacher in front of him because person offended him{person said get out of my chair or something equivalent} and he did not care at all.(there's so many more examples of this as well). the foundation of the story is unique, interesting and new I love the idea of growing by understanding the laws of the world, but author you need to improve before trying to write a concept like this, its too hard for someone of your skill level to try this

This novel has very unique ideas for a genre that’s usually generic. The author does a great job in the world building with how detailed the discriptions are. If you’re looking for a cultivation novel that paves its own path, this is your best option.
