In the desert, there existed a story untold to the ears of the people. A tale that had lived in the shadows, its existence unknown to all. This story had brought change to the desert, weaving the fates and destinies of two women who ruled the desert as one. It was the story of the Queens of the Desert.

Asa, a young woman with no discernible rank or status, had once been a dirty orphan. Her life had taken a dramatic turn when she was saved by a girl of the same age, named Bulsa, who bore a striking resemblance to her. Unaware of the identity of her savior, Asa had vowed to find her and repay her debt. The only clue she had was that the girl, Bulsa, was of noble birth.

Years of searching had yielded nothing, until Asa met Hadar. He happened to notice her uncanny resemblance to Queen Bulsa of the desert kingdom of Kharos, who was currently bedridden and ill. Hadar proposed a deal to Asa: in exchange for her help in finding the one person she had been searching for, Asa would agree to act as the queen while the real Queen Bulsa underwent secret treatment.

When Asa laid eyes on Queen Bulsa for the first time, lying unconscious in her bed, she knew. This was the person she had been searching for all along.

REVIEWHello, I’m the author of this book and I’m leaving my review after 100 chapters.I'll like to start by apologising to the readers who had been following the book from the start for my longer than expected hiatus. This will be a little more than a review, as I will be leaving all my thoughts and plans for the book. This will allow everyone to understand the path I’ve envisioned for the book going forward.Ideally, I wanted to arrange my points into pros and cons but I know that pros and cons are subjective. So, I’ll be leaving it to each person to decide what is a pro and a con.-Although the story is primarily about a group of soldiers with super abilities, it will be more than just the average shooting, fighting and killing you would probably be expecting from the genre. A lot of wits will be employed by various characters; a lot of planning will go into the execution of their plans, etc.-The story will subtly touch upon many different issues including political and socio-economic issues.-It will try to avoid being as nationalistic as possible so that we can all enjoy the personalities of the characters. It will neither discriminate nor promote any group over another. Everything will come from the outlook of the characters involved.-The special abilities of the character will not define them; instead, it will only be another tool in their toolbox. As a reader, characters who are defined by or totally dependent on their abilities sometimes put me off; take away their abilities and they become useless. I’m not saying it’s good or bad, just that personally I don’t like it hence I don’t want characters in my book to end up as such.-If everything goes according to plan, the story will be long. Perhaps very long. It might also come off as slow-paced.-Aside from the main military genre, I plan to explore many other genres as required to make the story as realistic and relatable as possible within the confines of fantasy fiction. -I plan to avoid many clichés. Hopefully, I can. I’m not ignorant of the fact that some clichés are unavoidable, perhaps even necessary.-The overall mood of the story will be serious, sometimes dark. I'll be including any deliberate comedy. If there is, it will be subtly and be brought about by the interaction of characters based on their personalities. There will be very dark elements, a bit of gore, unpalatable ideologies and things like that. I may try to downplay them though. In addition, I will give a warning before such events. However, they will be present as they are a part of the story so I want to inform you beforehand.-It should be obvious by now that I have a lot of ambitions for the book, even I am not sure of how much I can achieve. It's a passion work that I've put a lot of time into planning. How much I can achieve will depend on my knowledge and writing experience. I’ll be frank. I have zero prior experience in any art; talk less of writing. I’m learning as I go. Therefore, mistakes are unavoidable. I hope as I increase in experience and proficiency, these mistakes will reduce or be eliminated. That said I’m completely open to constructive criticism. I’m no stranger to the fact that the truth hurts but it’s also necessary for growth. So, please don’t hesitate to share your views with me. You can leave a comment or review. Depending on the success of the book and interactions from readers, I might create a discord channel for better interaction. All in all, I hope you give the book a try. I’m confident you’ll be hooked.

The world building and the characers are really good. Also, the writing is spectacular, too. The way of narrating is very engulfing, so much so that I find myself completely focused on the story very often. Try it, it's really good.

The beginning is deceptive. I thought he would be the hero of the family and insignificance, but then darkness and evil began to appear. A character is on the path of development under the auspices of darkness. The author is well done, and good luck, but you rushed to close the chapters. This is your first novel. It must be made free in order to gain followers, comments, encouragements, and suggestions.  by generous followers.

The mana-testing slowly started and one person went up and placed his hand on the stone. The stone glowed with a reddish hue quiet bright and the scale beside it rose to a 6 in it and there were 6 stars slowly floating in the air above the rock ad below which were words poor mana-control.
