This is one of the best manhua I've ever read. I literally fell in love with the male lead! His personality was cold, sexy, and possessive, yet he was utterly head over heels for the female protagonist—just perfect. There were times when I got slightly annoyed by how much he concealed his feelings at the beginning, but that was part of his charm. Jiayu aspires to become a professional photographer, and her idol is Yung Jo, the half-Italian man who owns a photography company that only employs men. To fulfill her dream, Jiayu pretends to be a guy and, fortunately, gets accepted there. Working with Yung Jo proves challenging; he is an extremely strict person, but Jiayu's passion for her dream keeps her motivated. Due to an accident at the company, Jiayu gets injured, and Yung Jo takes her to the hospital. You might think this is where he discovers she's a girl, but surprisingly, Yung Jo had already known and chose not to mention it. As the story unfolds, you learn the reason: Yung Jo met Jiayu during a vacation when he was younger, a time when he was going through one of the hardest phases of his life. Jiayu, only five years old and living with her grandfather, spent that vacation with him. Her positive, cheerful personality "saved" him when he was in despair. As the narrative progresses, a new character, the famous Aiwen, enters the scene and falls for Jiayu, forming a compelling love triangle. The story is profound, and the artwork is stunning! The intricate details, shadows, backgrounds, and Yung Jo himself are simply captivating! This manhua is lengthy, and there is an age gap between the main characters, plus it's not Japanese, so it's not for everyone. Personally, I believe it fits the josei category—aimed at older female readers who enjoy deep, mature romance.

The first point I want to make isn't the most important: Although I generally don't enjoy reading manhwa due to the characters' names and the text direction, which often makes me uncomfortable, this manhwa is an exception as it doesn't have these inconveniences.  
  
Ingenuo is a fantastic story about photographers, life, friendship, family, and of course, love — in its various forms: the sempai-kohai relationship, the struggle between success and love, a significant age gap, a love polygon, and the dynamic between a celebrity and an ordinary girl.  
  
The story is excellent! (And very well-crafted too.) The plot is engaging and, at times, even unpredictable.  
  
The art is occasionally breathtaking because it effectively conveys true emotions through poses, and as the title suggests, through angles, lighting, positioning, and allusions.  
  
The characters are delightful and realistic; I adore them. It's worth reading because it's not one of those clichéd stories. In Ingenuo, beautiful appearances become objects of humor rather than focus.  
  
So, if you appreciate sensible stories, this manhwa is a must-read.
