The intro is very well thought of and so is the protagonist. The story has quite a smooth flow, so well done that. Just a suggestion, it might be a good idea to put a TW before talking about suicide as it is quite a sensitive topic.

I’m giving it a straight 5 out of 5. At first when I read this book, it was only few chapters along, and I thought it was pretty good so I saved it to library. After reading it for a Monty or so, I really feel it was a good decision. From the start, the storyline was quite simple. But as it progressed to 100+, it has become more and more complicated. How the development would keep going. And more excited to know more about what would happen if Lucien meets all his sisters and his mysterious mother. 🥳😊

The first chapters are great, then it becomes EXTREMELY repetetive to the degree that you are wondering when its gona continue the story or if you are having early onset dementia. nuff said.

It is well written for a beginner,beginning is good pace is slow but every 2-3 chapter some thing happens which keeps us hooked , first victor checking the mansion ,then his anger ,then his coming for meeting at exact time , then his business proposal , and then the tremors ,it build tension slowly
