“And what of the consequences, Lyra? What if your actions draw the attention of his kind or worse, the humans? Do you think they will see you as anything more than a trophy, a prize to be captured and displayed? You put yourself and our entire kingdom at risk every time you venture to the surface.”
In the shadow of the moon and the depths of the sea, two forbidden worlds collide. Lyra, the spirited and rebellious princess of the merfolk, yearns to escape the prisons of her underwater kingdom. She craves adventure, danger, and the freedom to choose her destiny. But her curiosity leads her to a fateful encounter with Kael on the moonlit cliffs of Selene Ridge.
Kael Nightshade, the unyielding Alpha of the Lunarveil pack, is bound by the laws of his kind—laws forged in the blood of ancient wars and backed up by a prophecy that warns of catastrophic doom. The werewolves must never mingle with the magic of the sea.
Drawn together by an unexplainable bond, Kael and Lyra defy their worlds and ignite a love as deep and unrelenting as the ocean’s tides. But their union unleashes a power neither can control: their daughter, Selena, a child of prophecy, is born with gifts that threaten to unravel the fragile balance between land and sea.
Now, hunted by a wicked sorceress who seeks Selena’s extraordinary powers, and pursued by their own kind who view their love as a betrayal, Kael and Lyra must form a strong ally with two ancient enemies to protect their family. As darkness closes in and old rivalries resurface, their love will be tested.
Can a love so forbidden withstand the weight of prophecy, or will it shatter under the wrath of the moon and tide?
Dive into Forbidden Love; The Mermaid’s Werewolf, a tale of passion, danger, and the ultimate fight for family, where every choice causes a disturbance across the two worlds.

I have read the raws till they were last updated and I do like it. It is quite an interesting novel. The ML is a study maniac with a system and the FL is a study goddess who doesn't need one. In the beginning I found the FL to be somewhat annoying but later on she became quite cute. She is introverted but not completely and is very much obsessed with space. Mostly because of her mother. Of course there are times when I still find her annoying.Maybe it's because she is the kind of person I personally dislike though. There was this time when she studied in secret while making MC think she was not feeling well. MC was the poor gullible idiot who always share his notes and study materials with her. He did find out and was somewhat angry for a time and did defeat her in that exam. She is also not someone who accepts failure well. The ML is also somewhat like this but only to her mostly because always rubbed it in his face when she came first. Even then he quickly got over it and studied even harder. I also find her lack of communication skills to be somewhat irritating. It maybe a product of her upbringing and some people may even find it cute. But I would rather she speak directly about what she wants. I hate it when people never get to the point and I have to guess what they mean. The ML in the beginning considers the FL to be his rival(now also) but their relationship changes through the story. They are at the 'everything they are together but they are not but want to be' stage. But neither of them is willing to admit it first. One thing I don't like about the MC  is his overt dependence on the heroine. He loses interest  in things she doesn't like and works best when together. Now it is a  mutually beneficial relationship most of the time but sometimes MC gets the short end of the stick. There was this time MC came second in an exam because he got distracted by her. Now while this is more realistic since teenagers are mostly ruled by hormones it is somewhat irritating when you read it. Maybe it's just me.... Anyway the situation resolved itself. One thing I found somewhat ridiculous is the aerospace arc. It seemed slightly unreal.

Cant really bother giving reviews since this is a translated work and the translator can't do anything about it, so there's little to no reason to give constructive criticism. But 20 iq mobs should really go to school. And all 3rd rate villains need to be actually good or not be 2nd gen rich brats who spend millions trying to kill mc.

I unique concept to begin with.. also an MC who loves sleeping more than his life! Not the usual masculine, overly handsome cold ML, but some every male... thats a great beginning... his expressions and feelings for the new world are on point! Great work author🤗❤
