Years later, Kai awakens in a secretive research facility, his memories fractured and his body forever changed. Experimentation awakened a terrifying power - the ability to manipulate blood itself. Haunted by whispers of his past and a growing bloodlust that threatens to consume him, Kai must fight his way to freedom.

However, the world outside is no safer. Mutants, monsters, and those who seek to control him close in from all sides. As Kai struggles to master his abilities, uncover his lost past, and resist the pull of his darker impulses, one thing becomes clear:
