In the year 1788, 19 year old Princess Anna Rios has been arranged by her parents to marry a prince from a neighboring kingdom, Prince William Villefort. She knows he has a bad reputation, being arrogant and womanizing, but her parents refuse to consider her protests. The princess does not want to marry the prince and resolves to resist any attempts he might make towards her, despite the fact that he is charming and handsome.
