I dont think the tone is that dark as you make it seem.

Yeah this is over dramatic, and it can be a tear jerker.

But its also the novel with Ferloche murder attempt and rehab plan.

Over a few moments that are just too dramatic, and some genuine sad moments i think it can be quite fun.

For those who want to know when this sh*t arc ends I'll let you guys know when it ends :).

I continued and finished reading this on a different site but the translation sucks. But I can’t wait to read the next chapter and I can’t stop my curiosity for the story so I kept on reading there. That’s how much I like the story.

The author has a knack for immersing us in her world. The story is so creative and full of action. Characters are rich and dynamic. I’m loving the interactions between Kai and Anzi and the tension that keeps building between the two. Can’t wait to find out the depths of their bond.
