Everything else aside I am so glad we got Anakin as a platonic male friend, very few forms of media actually have the balls to do that, and even though Anakin seems kinda sassy they didn't seem to hint in any way to be have no attraction to women which is what the usually do, so kudos for that. What the fuck to Everything else

From what I remember I disliked the heroin, she annoyed me from the start.
But overall the story was meh, and I disliked the art style.

So first of all, the series is just kinda shitty until chapter 25-ish, when the prologue finally finished. i.e. when the

divorcearc ends.
But even then it's not great. At most it's 'ok'.
In no particular order:
The romance is crap. Incredibly rushed and cliche and unbelievable.
The art is kinda mediocre at best. Filled with a lot of fanservice, too. Feels like an amateur production.
The story beats themselves are all predictable. Like the author took the barest bit of something new (no returnee/isekai/foreknowledge mc needs to divorce to secure the throne) and then just followed the textbook for the rest of the way.
As a result everything else is also plain: the antagonists, the 'acting out' she employs for the divorce, the world-building of north vs south and magic tower and mother who was both beloved yet somehow weak...

It's at most a guilty pleasure read, and even then it's not worth that until ch 25.
I'd give the prologue around a 3/10. Later parts I guess a 5?

I had some small hope that the later parts might develop more interestingly but apparently this only goes for 70 chapters, so if I'm already halfway through...I doubt it.
