    Bruh I'm such a sucker for mangas with MCs like this - honest, laser-focused, and dedicated to a fault. They're naturally talented but not even close to being overpowered. Extremely driven and ambitious but not arrogant nor insensitive. The type of MCs that do not settle for their natural gifts but instead strive more to become an even better version of their already skillful selves.

    They always explore beyond their comfort and keep on learning, honing their skills to reach the lofty dreams they set for themselves. This is the reason why this manga and the likes of Akane-banashi are such unique works. A breath of fresh air within a rotten sea full of overly powerful yet painfully bland MCs that has been the norm in the manga/manhwa industry for a while now.
