I wouldn't say frustrating, more like weird since he genuinely did not deserve Chiyo and Hana but him embarrassing himself like that was hilarious! He finally pissed himself and Hana got to see him pee! Lol I felt like justice was served! Sure she was trying to set him up and succeded due to Chiyo hating men, but I feel like knowing how Lyoshi was it was inevitable..
He honestly should've just admitted he liked Hana, she seemed like she was the right fit for him plus they had already started fooling around.. Even though I doubt it would've been a good relationship knowing how insane they both are, ayleast he wouldn't be perverting and breaking a good girls heart.. The shadow student council president (Mari) was right about him he wasn't worthy of her younger sister...
