Modern vampire Hina embarks on a journey from Romania to Japan to pursue her otaku fantasies! Upon arrival, she discovers that her new neighbor, Kyuta, bears an uncanny resemblance to her favorite anime character. Determined to befriend him, Hina sets out on a quest to win him over. This story is adapted from the author's one-shot manga, originally published in Hana to Yume.
I'm desperate for more and very sad there's so little of this out yet. If you are a fan of Suzuki Julietta's works, this one is going to be a must read. I felt like I started to outgrow Kamisama Hajimemashite as an adult and this story is actually a perfect transition out of her very innocent previous works. While it's still fluffy and cute, the two leads are adults and the story seems to have a little more grit, action, and quicker pacing. Also the FL is a bad-ass queen while also still being a goofy otaku. I hardly see this type of character in shoujos and am loving it.
Please consider checking this out! Really hoping it gains popularity and continues to get serialized.
