Unlike Naruto fankids I really do like this one, really good manga.
im one of those people who at first reads and hates it but if i read for a while ill begin to like it this happened with one piece it a very awsome manga funny artwork ***if you hate it then just say nothing in your comment and rate it a #1 or simply say you dont like it.DONT say bad things about it .keep your bad opinions(or comments) to yourself this suppose to be good comments not people who hate the manga (go somewhere else will you)any ways i love this manga one of many manga i like *i like zolo so cool ^^. this manga in way cool because it about pirate and more .i did not like pirate storys at first but then i fell in love with this one. great adventure simply love it ^^.

Pretty good, but the art isn't exactly completely unbridled eye candy, but at least you can understand what's going on, also the story arcs (like this one) though good, are unbearably long. Interesting characters and a good story.

It took me a whike to actually read this manga, because I usually put it aside as too stupid or child like. What a mistake!! Easily one of the best written manga I've ever read. It hooked me completely
this manga deserves more than a 10. this is the only shounen manga i can think of that makes you cry lotsa times, as well as making you laugh your brains off. the storyline is epic and not so cliche. there's no "saving the world" business here. just plain "do what you wanna do" sort of moral code here. read it, or regret it.

I really think this manga's good. Actually It's on my top 3, above bleach below naruto (but soon rising due to the crappy scanlations being done to naruto manga.) ANyway, getting off topic. The story plot in my opinion is pretty cool since they get super pwoers for eating the devil's fruit but saink like a hammer in return. and the character's life stories are emotional and touching. Well to me, and I'm not gay btw =]
i really didnt mean what i said in the last post, this manga is awsome, i realize the error of my ways now, and i take back what i said about one piece being crap and anyone age 16+ going to MRI just for reading this manga. I should have paid attention to the character's true deths in personality and notice how the feelings the manga writer tries to convey are noble and heartwarming. I'm sorry, i shouldn't have called other people gay for liking what they like, i realize now that i am a loser myself for posting stuff like this, AND making it annoymous so i don't really get flamed back at. Once again, i apologize.
There is only one way to describe this manga, it's just bad. The art sucks. The character design sucks, they all look the same. The story is about a guy eating some stupid type fruit and gaining powers and he has one of the worst powers in the whole series, he turns to rubber. And then later on in the series he just fights other fruit freaks. The story development is almost non existent, all he does is go from one island to the next. Anybody who is 16+ and reading this stuff should get an MRI because there is something seriously wrong with your head.
