The example of this bug can be seen in some MMO game like Counter Strike, where in some maps user can clip through boxes by jumping and hitting specific side where the wall and box met until they clip through to hide and ambush other player.

This collision logic can also became bugs if used excessively, since it can became invisible platform where player can use to climb. Example of this can be seen in Skyrim, where the horses have bigger collision surface, causing it to able to climb terrain like steep mountain or castle wall which user usually can't climb.
