it makes sense...this disease is real, called Congenital insensitivity to pain and anhydrosis, i dont know much about it but ive seen it in other films. this disease tends to cause people to also feel a lack of empathy or feelings since the lack of pain renders them unable to understand...its crazy and dangerous at the same time..if you cant feel pain, you wont know whats dangerous or not, kind of like having no fear since you dont know what can hurt you or kill you...makes sense how calm he is..
