Mamori Wataya has always felt overshadowed at her school. Tall and unassuming, she long ago accepted her role as a background character. However, everything changes when she befriends Soushi Fuji, a blunt classmate who walks with a cane and never hesitates to retaliate when underestimated. A new path opens up for her. Can Fuji teach her to embrace her darker side and become a villain like him? When Fuji asks Wataya to drain the school pool, she experiences the thrill of breaking the rules for the first time. Inspired by the villains in the anime and manga she admires, Wataya is eager to explore her mischievous side. Though she may not be ready for major transgressions, she is determined to start doing some bad things.

The plot is much more original and neat than what i had originally anticipated
First couple of chapters i was like this is like ur standard romance, but after continueimg to tead it, its able to seperate itself and forge its own identity that seperates it from the average romcom
omg
story wise: pretty solid, imo. though, i wish the ending was expanded a little more.
art wise, i love that its consistent in style and quality all throughout.
the detailed panels of the male characters give me Arina Tanemura vibes for some reason.
i just wish Valerie had more range of expressions tho, but that could have been a choice.
overall 8/10 would recommend
