Caught up with Opening a Café in Another World. I did not expect to like this one as much as I did. The premise is the same ol’ same ol, an office lady gets Isekai’d to another world and can’t go back so she has to live there. No OP powers though, all she’s got is her culinary knowledge. The setting of the fantasy world is a bit weird if you know your food history (they went this far without yeast? lol), but it’s surprisingly introspective, with lots of character growth and reasonable progress for the setting. Great cast too. I wouldn’t so far as to call it a hidden gem… well actually I would lol. Loved this one.

Shame about the change of translators towards the more recent chapters lol. After 80+ of the same name the change was jarring for awhile, and the English Is a bit off with the newer guys.
