Confusing from start till the end

The 1st series ended quite nicely, with Hime becoming Human(?) and Hiro developing from a wimpy kid to a true blood warrior. Despite being confusing at times, it still made sense to some extent.

'Nightmare' outright just threw all the development straight into the rubbish bin by giving every character amnesia and a story so convoluted and confusing that at the end of 29 chapters, it still didn't made sense. They even RETCON the first series by explaining it was all a nightmare (hence the title) like it was some inception bull****.

Do yourself a favor: read the 1st series, consider the story ended there and don't even touch this with a 10-foot pole.

It just doesn't take itself overly serious and has a continuous, fulfilling story.

The action is top tier and so far it's been spectacular at building the world by expansion. I can only pray the anime does it justice.

Once he killed an innocent person just to steal his skill, I lost all respect for this manga. I read it to see how far the "Monster" part of the title actually goes, but judging from that earlier stunt, it will only get worse and more boring. I expect it to be cancelled due to that soon.
