One thing I dont understand in most manga/manhua/manhwa is the concept that nobody has any privacy whatsoever lmao.

For the first time in the series, the enemy is not completely stupid. By Ch.34 they had shown some competence (in the framework of Napoleonic logics). They (correctly) hesitated to advance without eyes on the air, and when they did have to advance, they adjusted their tactics so that the land-dragon screened for the main body. Not only it is correct to put your most survivable elements at the most dangerous position, but the land-dragon is also a vantage point in itself. It could see over the tall grasses. Though if they were doing it by real Napoleonic tactics, they would have also sent in skirmishers.
