    He is trying to evolve his turtle but the orb isn’t an item for him to use since it could be some bad consequences from the pagi turtle. And it didn’t exist it was just a made up story adults told kids that he ended up telling his turtle to make him follow him but im guessing any story could be transferred into the game as a quest.
