I thought the story might be about this dellusional, escapist authour with serious self entitlement issues coming to terms with the unreasonable world and making a tough sacrifice for the people she has come to understand and care for.
The author opted for a development where a passive girl has to let go of her previous ideals and come to terms with the fact that just as the world is unreasonable with her, she must also at times be unreasonable.
The idea of the authour is by no means bad, but if this is the case I hardly think that the whole time loop was necessary. We only experience it once at the start and otherwise it only serves as impersonal motivation to keep up with the novel's plot. I also have issues with the execution since so much of her development is waved away just to get on with the boring outside plot.
You know.I really like this manga. Ecchi aside, the main protagonist is very likeable. You wouldn't guess it but there's some plot and story progression too.
