We already saw that the more he shakes, the stronger he gets. He generated a 3.8 magnitude earthquake. He's easily town-level.
If he can only vibrate then he destroys buildings without effort and grappling him is a death sentence (organs would liquify).
If he learns to control where and how hard he vibrates, then he's not only the best vibrator, but he's also able to generate heat and electricity.
