    Well thats his potential, and he's a tamer so thats a very good PR campaign. He doesn't need to be a realistic achiveable goal.

    Besides Tamers seem to become OP through cheats basically, the little girl fed a kibidango to an absurdly strong monster and now its completely subdued. No skill required.

    That girl, by proxy of its tamed beast is already at least in the top 20% of that world.
