Dunno whether get axed or simply because the author don't know how to expand the story because at one point this got a long hiatus without info.
Another great volume, things are heating up with this black-clad guy, seems like some crazy fuck that has gone off the deep end and grabbed at an idea to obsess over and keep functioning, totally chaotic neutral.
The magic in this series hits hard, in the OG one Chise still is inexperienced and Elias has been teaching her to do things more subtlety (with varied levels of success XD), but here... Jackie is more experienced in magic and seems to prefer and be proficient in magic that has immediate effects, helps that she is a fae too so magic comes easy to her. But I like the alchemy we have seen in this too.
