The story picks up right where the first season concluded, advancing only a few months. Yuokai Academy has been restored, and classes have resumed for the new semester. Tsukune and his friends return, now more powerful than ever. The true identity of Anti-Thesis is finally revealed. New adversaries loom on the horizon, presenting challenges far more sinister than anything the group has faced before.
Tsukune struggles with the monster within him. With the support of Moka, Mizore, Kurumu, Ruby, and Yukari, Tsukune trains to control his vampire blood and gain the strength needed to protect those he cares about.
