When will the ''shy and weak girl meets the mc, fall in love'' trope end..''overused'' is an understatement, when manga's girls will be full of badass bitches you'll know that Japan has grown up good.

Every chapter we stray further from god.

Also each chapter i dread the response to the anime. People are gonna be so annoying about it.

It wasn't even that long ago. Basically he was given a gift by the Shattering Star. It lets him pull a Solo Leveling moment.

You are expecting a shonen work of fiction to have advances???? This is what seinen is for/and or things that lack both seinen or shonen tag, do not get blinded by harem tags and boobs, this is still a manga targeted at teens/young adults.... btw tell me about at least 1 SHONEN work of fiction that does have advancements inb4 someone claims to know, knowing is never enough, presenting is important.

All in all, there's plenty of manga, including many mainstream manga, that do **NOT** follow the trends you claim.  This is something that you could maybe support easier in a reasonable but limited selection of western media, but as far as I can tell, you'd be hard-pressed to generate a reasonable subset of manga where your claims held true.
