Even with his body wings for additional mobility, slim body with long limbs for speed and claws for precise targeting/slicing/cutting for dealing a killing blow directly rather than close quarter combat. If he a brawler as you said, he wouldn't emphasize his confidence in his speed during the jeju island raid and if you think about his build he had a bigger build with gauntlet looking fists but as shown he slimmed down when he got serious. And that smaller form is what he retained and kept on using when he was extracted as a shadow. Also he killed all his victimes in a flash, targets vital pints and is precise in targeting their heads.

Lastly, suho was never taught by shadows on how to fight and his memories on them were also erased.
