Long chapters are great, but I do agree that the characters are having it easy, not much hardships. The relationship thing is kind of an issue, but for the time period it isn't that unheard of, like its the 1300s, age was just a number back then, and the bond between our MC and Zoiy is more like childhood friends having a crush on each other. And besides, the branches powers only shows up with a user has "come to age". Finally they are both still early in the relationship, so no spicy stuff happening, and the development is very natural.

Yeah the anime adds a bit of stuff on top of the manga but they do it to the point it's juuust right so that overall the anime is better than the manga.

They got an amazing production team on the anime who know how to do things perfectly.

this is what i want from revenge story, a feel good revenge that's equivalent to the bad deeds. not endless pain, injustice and suffering like juujika rokunin.
