The tale revolves around a man named Tokio, a descendant of a renowned lineage of youma (demon) hunters. He possesses the unique ability to freeze time, thanks to the youma residing in his eye known as Catoblepas. One day, he crosses paths with a girl who has become the target of a demon. Armed with his special eye, Tokio endeavors to shield the girl from falling victim to a series of enigmatic occurrences plaguing the town recently. Unbeknownst to her, Tokio is actually her next-door neighbor.
But is this seriously the thing that is the most bothering lmao? Not even close.
I'm neutral on the ending, the new pages weren't good to be honest either. I loved the last page of Mikasa by the tree, but now it really does feel like nothing Eren did changed. Only delayed it before it repeats.
