Death Note: Tokubetsu-hen

It has been three years since the "Kira Killings" ceased, yet the world remains captivated by that godlike figure. Rumors persist that Kira was killed, while others believe Kira is simply on a hiatus, with an inevitable return. Though these are just speculations, Japan soon finds itself under the Death Note's influence once more. A surge in elderly deaths leads many to suspect Kira's resurgence. This time, however, those dying publicly express their desire for Kira to end their lives, encouraging other suicidal individuals to appeal to Kira's powers.
