Chou Kidou Bouhatsu Shuukyuu Yarou: Libero no Takeda

Now THIS is a hidden gem. It tells the story of an Alraune, a plant monster that has a woman’s body on top. She was previously a Saint that was betrayed and fed to a monster plant but instead ended up fused and becoming her current form. As far as powers go she can replicate any plant she eats, but she’s still an immobile plant and stuck where she is. It’s a surprisingly engaging story, the MC is powerful yes but she has clear limitations and frequently has to struggle against her enemies that for one reason or another are trying to kill her. I love all the characters here, and very reminiscent of this other Isekai about being turned into a Dragon. Powerful, but not kick everyone’s butt powerful, so they have to really utilize their skill sets to survive their harsh world.

Honestly I recommend people give this one a try. It’s fun seeing her struggles.

Also seems to be headed for girl/girl if you care about that.
