Reincarnation of: Gyokuran. Jinpachi is described in the English manga as being akin to Clark Kent. Much like Gyokuran, he exhibits emotional immaturity, opting to act on impulse rather than pausing to consider his actions. He dismisses Issei's advances rudely, albeit unintentionally, without a second thought and later torments Issei by proclaiming his deep love for Alice. Jinpachi and Issei are the first reincarnated moon characters that Alice and Rin come across. Jinpachi is unique in that he closely mirrors his past incarnation. Apart from how they part their hair, Gyokuran and Jinpachi are nearly identical.
