Yuka is Mikan's mother. Initially, her Alice allows for instant teleportation, but it is later revealed that she also possesses the rare "Alice of stealing." From the beginning of the manga, she was referred to as "That Person" by Narumi and Nodacchi, but more about her is revealed in Volume 08 when she encounters Mikan and admits to being her mother. After helping Mikan and her friends escape, she is later seen talking to Narumi, indicating they knew each other from before.
In chapter 137, Yuka dies while protecting Narumi from an explosion in the high school division. Later in the same chapter, she is seen reuniting with Izumi, Mikan's father, and they embrace each other.
