A young woman who constantly wears a maid's uniform. She is connected to Tiamat, whose essence resides within the divine vessel known as Jinki Persona, which can transform between a headband and a mask during combat.

She is one of the legendary Flame Haze from the era of the great war, fighting alongside her friend Mathilde Saint-Omer (the former "Slayer with Flaming Hair and Blazing Eyes").

Her ability grants her control over an infinite number of ribbons that emerge around her. Wilhelmina always speaks in a highly formal and polite manner, displaying almost no emotion.

Wilhelmina harbors a strong dislike for Yuuji, much like an overprotective mother might feel towards her daughter's boyfriend. In the anime, she has even advocated for his death to prevent the Reiji Maigo from falling into the hands of Bal Masqué.
